When it comes to the best survey sites there are so many out there that it can be hard to choose one that fits you best. Inbox Pounds is a typical offers site and is very similar to both Oh My Dosh and 20 Cogs. All offers sites have a good mix of Surveys, Competitions, Games, and Offers.
Some offer sites are known for their reluctance to payout. The ones mentioned above have all paid me on more than one occasion. This means I can safely recommend them to you as I know that they are going to pay you guys when you complete the tasks.
So what follows is my Inbox Pounds Review and how I found it compared to other offer sites.
What Is Inbox Pounds?
So Inbox Pounds is an offers site that is primarily designed for the UK market. If you are reading this and happen to be an American citizen dont leave thinking this excludes you. Head on over to Inbox Dollars which is as I’m sure you have guessed the U.S Version of Inbox pounds.
By taking part in paid surveys, Competitions, Offers, and Gaming, In turn, Inbox pounds get paid by the advertisers and then they, in turn, pay you for completing said offers.
This is the standard way in which all offers sites work. Whether it is Oh My Dosh or 20 Cogs they all work on the same premise. As long as you know the tips and tricks you can make a good amount of profit out of them. It won’t leave you able to quit your job and retire. A few hundred pounds over the course of the year is more than possible though.
I like to participate in Inbox pounds and the other 2 sites I mentioned throughout the year. As it gets near Christmas I cash out. I am usually left with enough to pay for my whole Christmas. This, as you can imagine, is great as it is usually a very expensive time of the year for most families.
You can pick and choose from a series of offers such as surveys and email offers. Survey offers are the most abundant on this site. They are predominantly quite easy although it can become a bit boring to keep doing these.
Other offers such as searching the internet or paid email offers give you a welcome break from the surveys. They dont pay nearly as well and is usually a matter of a few pence. These are the type of offers that can be done while sitting watching television as they dont require much attention.
How Much Can I Make With Inbox Pounds?
In order to cash out from Inbox Pounds, you need to have earned £20. If you complete surveys and have a wide range of interests then you can make the £20 threshold relatively quickly.
Once you reach the £20 threshold you are automatically upgraded to a gold member. This means that not only can you earn a little more from some of the offers but also you get paid out quicker. (Sometimes this can take a couple of weeks for non gold members)
The only issue with the surveys is you can be answering questions for 5 minutes before being told you dont qualify.
My advice when signing up is to fully complete your Inbox pounds profile. The more detailed it is the better chance you have of being accepted for the better-paying surveys.
Not qualifying for surveys happens quite a bit but seems to be a regular occurrence across any survey sites. The more you do the more complete your profile and the broader the topics you say yes too than the more surveys you will qualify for.
Free offers can make you a lot more than surveys and a hell of a lot quicker as well. These usually consist of signing up to free subscriptions and or paid subscriptions which cost nothing and you earn for doing it.
You can make up to £5 just for signing up for one of the offers. What I used to do is make sure it was a company I had heard of and to always make a note on my phone calendar to cancel when it got near the end of my free trial.
Just remember if you sign up for any of these offers do not download any software onto your computer. If you have to do that then it is at your own risk.
This isn’t because Inbox pounds is a scam but you wouldn’t download anything onto your computer if you were not sure what it was, would you?
If you sign up for any subscription services make sure you cancel before you get charged for a full month. You can just make a note of the date and store it on your phone as a reminder to cancel.
These are the easiest ways to make good money and you could hit your £20 threshold in one day if you wanted to.
Bingo And Casino Offers:
Bingo and casino offers are where you can make the best amount of profit. This the same with all the offers sites you might try.
You usually have to make a deposit of a certain amount. Then with most of these sign-ups, you receive most or all of that money back through the offer site.
My main side hustle is Matched betting so these offers were second nature to me and I came out with good profit on all of the ones I completed.
This is not the quickest way to make cash as you only receive one penny per email opened. You can only open a certain amount a day so this is not going to lead to you being able to quit your job any time soon.
I used to do these in the morning while eating my breakfast, I would just open them until I had reached the limit earn my few pence and then get on with my day. At the end of the month, it is still a few extra pounds in your account.
Referring friends is a good way to top up your earnings. You get 10% of their earnings as long as they are a member.
If you get 10 friends to join then you essentially get 10% of each of their earnings. If they all hit £20 then you will receive £20.
When you reach the payout of £20 you become what’s known as a gold member. This entitles you to more goodies on the site as well as more referral rewards.
Scam Or Not:
So with so many of these offers sites around online, it makes sense that you want to know if this one is a scam or not. Well judging by some people’s experiences I get the feeling that every now and then they let the odd person down and this may lead to a few rubbish reviews online.
Some of their payouts have been known to be a little slow and you may get the odd offer that doesn’t pay the money it stated. It is a big site with lots of variables if they dont get the odd thing right it doesn’t mean it is a scam. I have had no issues whatsoever with them.
Dont let this put you off. If you’re looking for a site to do the odd signup and survey then its a perfectly good site to earn a few pounds. I haven’t earned as much as I would like on this site as I have done a few of these reviews which means I have signed up to most of the decent offers that pay well.
These types of sites can be a bit spammy. As long as you are aware of this and you use a separate email address and a separate phone number than you can’t go wrong. Make sure you read all of the signup details and any subscription services you sign up for. You should make sure you set a reminder to cancel before the end of your free month or week.
A lot of people end up sitting in front of the television not really watching it. All the while flipping through Instagram or Facebook when you could be sat there still ignoring the Television but finishing off a survey or a quick sign up offer. At the end of the evening, you could finish up with a few extra quid.
That’s it from me. Let me know in the comments if you have given Inbox Pounds a go. Perhaps any of the other offer sites and how much you have made. Good luck.
